Paranoia

How does the Singapore gahmen know your vote?

There is a serial number behind each ballot. This serial number is tallied with the other half on the booklet from which it was detached.
On the booklet's half, your own serial number which appeared on the right hand corner of your poll card you carried along is written on it by the polling personnel when your name is read out loud to the other personnel sitting opposite.
Your name, and IC numbers [Singapore Identification card number] along with your poll card serial number are kept and printed on a bigger sheet of paper which they cross out after your particulars are checked. This shows that you can be found out "if they want" - what secrets are they talking about?

How true is this shit ? i dunno....but it sure got my palms perspiring .
